Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
40 Jumping Jacks
30 Situps
20 Squats
15 Pushups
10 Pullups/Ring Rows
WOD Review

4 Stations: 8 minutes at each station. One minute rest between each station. 
Station 1:
Alternate between one minute of max effort rowing and one minute at an easy/recovery pace. The goal is to recover from max effort row while continuing to move. 
Station 2: 
15 Chin Ups
5 Wall Climbs
Station 3: 
Even: 15 Wall Balls 20/14
Odd: 50 Mountain Climbers (Total)
Station 4:
Even: Max Effort Jumping Jacks
Odd: Plank Hold
