Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
2 Rounds of:
30 Second Isolation Wall Squats
10 Single Leg Glute Bridges (each leg)
10 Sit-ups

Strength:
Back squat
In 15 Minutes Perform as Many sets of 10 as time allows

Conditioning:
Endurance
3 Rounds of:
10 Walking Lunges with Dumbells 45DB’s/25Db’s (each leg)
10 Burpees
400 Meter run

Cash out:
Stretch
