10 Lunges (total)

Strength:
10 Minute EMOM
3 Power Snatches (95/65)
3 Overhead Squats (95/65)

Conditioning:
“CrossFit Games Open Workout 16.1”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min of:
25 Foot Overhead Walking Lunges (95/65)
8 Burpees
25 Foot Overhead Walking Lunges(95/65)
8 Chest to Bar Pull ups
(scale down to stationary lunges based on space and size of class)
