Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches

Skill/WOD Prep:
Review Front Squat with proper cuing on an empty barbell
Then:
10 Reps of Front Squats  (empty bar 45/35)

Strength:
Front Squats
Find your 3RM in 15-20 minutes

Conditioning:
Benchmark!:

1000 meter row
50 thrusters (45lbs/35lbs)
30 pull ups
