Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
20 Ring Rows
Then
“Roxanne” Push-ups

Conditioning:
Part 1:
With a running clock of 20 minutes
For time:
30 bench presses
Rest 2 minutes
For time 20 bench presses
Rest 2 minutes
For time 10 bench presses
**Increase weight every set (USE A SPOTTER!) and record weight and time in WODIFY!

Conditioning:
Part 2:
Ascending ladder for 10 minutes of
(2…4…6…etc)
Strict pull ups
Deficit push ups
V ups

Record total reps in Wodify. If scaled, note what scaling option you used in comment section of wodify!
