Tabata:

Good Mornings
Jump Rope (Doubles or Singles)

Strength:
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy single deadlift

Conditioning:

30 Double Unders /90 Singles
15 Kettlebell Swings 24kgs/16kgs
10 Hollow Rocks
