Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches

20 Jumping Jacks
15 Squat Jumps
20 Air Runners
15 Toe Touches

Skill:
WOD Review/Set up

Conditioning:
Partner WOD
20 Minute AMRAP:
Athlete 1:  30 Zercher squats 75/55
Athlete 2: AMRAP  1 Single leg deadlift/ Pistol squat/Rocket jack burpee in series alternating legs with Kettlebell 24kgs/16kgs

Note:  Athletes hand each other the bar from the floor.
If athlete #1 needs a break during their set, athlete #2 stops to take the bar but continues working.
