Here is one of our Athletes, Rich Ripley, down 30 pounds in 3 months!  On top of the weight loss, Rich has put on several pounds of muscle, his cardio and strength has improved dramatically, and after his last Doctor’s visit, his blood pressure is perfect!  Congrats Rich!!  

Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
4 Minutes of Coaches Call Out:
Push-ups
Jumping Jacks
Hollow Holds
Mountain Climbers

Strength: 
In 15 minutes, work up to a 2 rep weighted pull up

Conditioning:
24 Rounds of Alternating Tabata:
Chin-ups
Deficit Push-ups
V-ups

Cash Out:
100 Double Unders
