Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
“Tabata” (Partner up)
4 Rds of each- Alternating with Partner
Strict Press with empty Barbell (45/35)
Tuck-ups
Strength:
Strict Press
20 mins:
Work up to 1RM
Once 1RM is achieved, immediately do a “burnout” set of max reps @ 50-60% of the 1RM
(Record 1RM and also the max reps and weight used for burnout set in WODIFY)
Conditioning:
Partner WOD!
15 min AMRAP:
6 Overhead Lunges with Bar (per leg) 75/55
9 Toes to Bar
12 Hand Release Push-ups
*One Athlete will do 1 round of the AMRAP, while the other Athlete will hold KB in Goblet hold position (24kg/16kg)
*Athletes alternate once 1 round of AMRAP is completed
