Strength:
In 15 Minutes work up to 1 Rep Max Squat Clean and Jerk

Conditioning:
12 Minute EMOM:
Power Clean + Squat Clean + Jerk Complex (Using 70% of your 1 Rep Max Squat Clean and Jerk)

Cash out:
800 Meter Run
