Warm up:
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
Foam Roll + Lacrosse Ball

Strength:
20 Minutes
Deadlift: 5-5-5-5-5
No heavier than 65% of your 1 Rep max


Conditioning:
Benchmark-ish!
“Annie on the Run”
50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10
Double-Unders
Abmat Sit-Ups
200 Meter Run after each round.
