CFTE Athlete of the Month!

Congratulations to Jessica Moore! She is CFTE’s Athlete of the Month for November!

Here is what Jessica shared with us about her experience at  CrossFit Total Empowerment:

“Since joining the CFTE community I have not only become a stronger person physically, but mentally. Every time I walk into the gym, I know I am about to physically work harder than I have all day, and when I leave the gym, I leave with a feeling of accomplishment.

JessMoore All my life I have been an athlete and played soccer through my college years. Once I graduated from college, I really had no motivation to work out. I tried a couple of local gyms, but never had the correct guidance I needed and slowly, completely, stopped any form of working out over the last few years.

I could not get in the doors of CFTE fast enough this past April when I heard of the grand opening. My sole excuse for joining at this time was my motivation to be in the best shape I could be for my wedding day and figured once that day passed I would not be committed anymore. I soon realized that this wasn’t going to be the case and I was getting much more out of my experience than I had expected and was completely addicted.

Thank you for acknowledging all my effort and hard work over the past seven months, but please know that a lot of it stems from the guidance and motivation I receive from my coaches and fellow athletes on a daily basis. I am very proud to be a part of such an awesome community.” – Jessica Moore.

Jessica – you always give a 100% and always have a positive attitude!  We love you and look forward to coaching; especially Coach Damon 😉

Congratulations once again, this is well deserved!

I am smiling as I read this. You couldn’t have picked a more genuine and awesome person to be Athlete of the Month…Jessica Moore. Jesaica has been motivating and cheering me on with my accomplishments since I walked into CrossFit that first week of May! Whether I’m working out with her or if she’s standing there watching and waiting for the next class to start she is motivating not only me but everyone! I made new friends when I came to CrossFit and I’m happy to call Jessica one of them. Thank you Jessica, your friendship and encouragment means so much to me!
