Warm up:
200 Meter Jog
CFTE Dynamic Stretches
200 Meter Jog
Followed by:
Kettlebell Swings
3 sets of 5 reps. Start light and fast, build up to workout weight.

10 Minutes:
Kipping pull up progression
-Take time here to practice good hollow/arch positions and get the shoulders warm.

3 rounds for time of:
400 meter run
21 KB swings (24kg/16kg)
12 pull ups
