"I lost about 42lbs"


Following a mostly Paleo diet and working out 4-6 days a week. I’ve gone from a size 40 (pants) to a size 36, a size XL/XXL (shirt) to a M/L, and most incredibly, went from being a Type 2 diabetic with A1C of 7.5-8, to a almost pre-diabetic level of A1C 6.3!!! My LDL Cholesterol levels saw an improvement too, going from an original 178 count (borderline high)- to 52 (excellent)!
