Review Strict Press, Push Press, and Push Jerk

Strength/Barbell Conditioning:
Every 2 minutes for 5 rds
Round 1) 5 strict presses-5 push press-5 push jerks
Round 2) 4 strict presses-4 push presses-4 push jerks
Round 3) 3 strict presses-3 push presses-3 push jerks
Round 4) 2 strict presses-2 push presses-2 push jerks
Round 5) 1 strict press-1push press-1 push jerks

Try and Go up in weight and hit a heavy 5th Round

For time:
Shoulder to overhead (95/65)
Bar Over Burpees
Abmat Sit-ups

Run 400 meters After Every Round
